Dear New MC members,

Please accept our congratulations on your very impressive victory at the polls on Suday 21st.

With reference to the handing over process your attention is drawn to Bye Law number 122 0f the Co Operative society rules.

However we understand that in you have already taken charge.We understand you have  entered office and held staff meetings and given instructions to the staff.

We would not like to interfere wiith this slightly unconventional process of taking over, as we appreciate your enthusiasm.
