Please see minor revisions to the notice

There are a couple of points that we must be prepared for:

• The incoming quantity (volume in KL) on a daily basis (average)  as compared to non-shortage period
• Few examples of neighboring societies.
  
• The second connection, that we installed a few years ago. Has it benefited? If so by how much. This would be important.
• Buildings B & C have been facing problems of distribution. This makes people angry and discriminated. We have to have a reason why and a resolution plan how we propose to overcome this?
• Besides the shortage there is also the issue of water supply timings which have been erratic and unreliable. Can we possibly make it more certain.
