vijay you hv asked for it twice this will be third time, suggest as we decided in our meeting we send the attachement with bala s notings as fwd  by anoop, we close it and see what they respond, as per my info they are sending copy of letter to jt registerar today. so lets send the response with copy to jt registerar.
