1.Copy of the lease agreement with Vijaya Bank.

2. Copy of the correspondence with Vijaya Bank regarding the service tax on rent.

3. Copy of the Internal audit report for the Financial Year ended on 31.3.2014.

Kindly provide these documents by 21st of May.
