Handing over-taking over

We are in receipt of your mail regarding HOTO and the ponts you have conveyed in your mail dated 14th June 2016 Our reply to your mail is as under.
1) You had sought some clarifications vide your letter...15th April 2016,which was replied in detail vide our letter 30th April 2016.
2) Kindly note that we are ever willing to clarify any point which you might have while taking our detailed letter under ref as a base .You are aware that most of the queries require reference to the files and the computer records to which we have no access. We are of the opinion that we have provided all the information to you. Since you now have some points to clarify we suggest that a mutually convenient time be set to go over the points.
3) In the meantime, we would request that the society staff be tasked to link up vouchers and the document in the file . This will considerably save time in case of any financial points if you may have.
4) As informed earlier you can contact old MC members who were dealing with various portfolios for any point which you may think require discussions to understand.
