Objections to draft minutes of the SGM held on 30.4.2016

Dear All,

I am attaching a file containing a draft letter to ACHS on the minutes.

Please go through and make any additions/deletions you feel and send a signed copy to the society office.It is important to point out discrepancies which are plenty in the recording.The more members who will object will pressure the MC to correct the draft.

Please take an acknowledgement from the office on a separate copy.

Please take a photocopy of the acknowledged copy and mark it to the joint registrar Co Operative societies,CIDCO Bhavan CBD and handover to MS Sheetal Bhave who will arrange to deliver it to the registrars office.

The last day for submitting objections is 26th May but try and submit before that and handover to Sheetal by Wednesday.
