Please refer to your e-mail dated 21 Apr 2016.  This is to put on record that the following communications had been sent to you (Mr Umesh Sharma- outgoing Chairman) regarding handing/taking over of Accounts/other Records of the Society   :-

1.      New MC letter dated 23.02-2016.

2.      Society’s letter No. ACHS/NMC-HT/16, dated 14^th Mar 2016 enclosing Excel sheets for your clarifications.

3.      Society’s  e-mail dated 15^th March 2016 along with scanned copies of Handing/Taking over notes.

4.      Letter dated 28 March 2016.

5.      Society’s letter No. ACHS/NMC-HT/16, dated 10 Apr 2016 enclosing a 13 page list of observations (MS Word) on Accounts & other relevant society matters, requesting clarification for the same.

The soft copies of enclosures to our letters  dated 14^th Mar 2016 and 10th April  2016  are forwarded herewith  to enable you to fill your responses in the excel sheet/MS word documents.

It is requested that your responses on the above may kindly be forwarded to us latest by 25^th April 2016 so that the same may be presented to the SGM scheduled in end of April 2016.
