Hi Mr. Vijay and Umesh,

As I learn from Jagruti, today's handover of finances didn't progress an inch, which is not
surprising.

Even after a week of election results, you all are still 'preparing files'. The same files, which as
per Bye Laws should have been updated and made available for any member's inspection, anytime, any day.
Which was never done. But,anyway that's history

I believe there were discussions on huge errors on TDS running in lakhs as the error has been carried
and accumulated over years. And for this Mr. Vijay conveniently had one comment 'I am not an expert'. A
CA by qualification making such statement raises nothing but suspicion on the way society resident's
money has been used/ spent. Also the facts on 'non-availability of invoices' towards HUGE payments made
to lawyers is nothing less than shocking. On top, we all know the way you all have kept all the spend
details under wraps with ZERO clarity, for years. The only documents shared over years are balance
sheets, with no supportive, which is insufficient. Many of us are not even prepared for what you will
handover.

The only things which I could clearly understand is that coincidentally, you both have planned long
family vacations, just after elections, with no time to handover everything properly to new Managing
Committee. If we believe your old claims of working with complete sincerity, it is requested you both
postpone your vacations till handover is satisfactorily completed. OR someone from old MC team takes
complete responsibility 'in writing' on your behalf.

It is a humble request, in benefit of society, please give this handover the required time & focus.
Else it is a commitment, 'IF'any misappropriation/ mismanagement of society funds is found or we face
issues in consolidating information around society funds, we, the society members who have voted for a
change, will ensure there is enough Police, Court, Income Tax, Joint Registrar and Media intervention
to ensure facts come out.

And this goes for the whole old MC team which has managed office in past!
