my draft reply is as under, pls go thru and feel free to give your thoughts to this and finalise at the earliest so that we can give an appropriate reply.

we are in reciept of your mail regarding HOTO and the threats you have conveyed our reply is

firstly m you did not wait to take possession of the office and the files without a formal HOTO. yhere is nothing in our hand to give to you, you have recieved all the files and the financial s are in the system , all vouchers in your possession.

secondly, we have responded to all your queries wihtin the required time after we recieved a soft copy of your queries, you without discussing it in the MC of our replies, took up the matter in the illegal SGM which is very unfortunate.

thirdly you are talking about harmony? all the vibes that are coming from you are other than harmonious, you are threatening us with legal recourse? you have already taken the step by passing resolutions in the illegal SGM including re audit from 2011 why not from 1996 ? why not all the defence committees who made the blunders in registeration and conveyance not brought under the ambit? it is due to their inefficiencies we are facing the problems and spending huge sums . why should we not charge them? you must remember that the reaudit will also look into the role of internal auditors who did the excercise, it includes dharam prakash/you/bala/nupur and the external auditors.

you need to stop faking the harmony drum beat, work for betterment of society instead of trying to find skeletons which are not there.
