Dear Achievers

This is to inform you all from onwards fill all details properly
without leaving any blank  in "Registration form , Receipt Book" .

Kindly fill all details properly in "ONLINE ENROLLMENT SHEET"
properly with registration number as well as receipt number .

Please don't forget to take the authorized signature of students ,
mobile number and mention balance payment also with due date  .

If it is not done in the same way then Enrollment will not be
considered
