Author Dan Imhoff's book Food Fight presents a comprehensive yet easily understandable explanation of how the Farm Bill affects all of us.  He's a good speaker and teacher, and shouldn't be missed if you are concerned with federal policy and our food.  US Representative Earl Blumenauer has a vision for a restructured Farm Bill and will share with us how we can all participate in making that happen.   This Portland-based event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited (arrive early if possible).   Presentation, Discussion, Libations!
