Listening Season & CEC outreach tabling tomorrow

Hi everyone, 

William is planning to bring his snazzy mobile office truck with back porch (see photo attached) to the Annual Membership Meeting/Anniversary Party in the parking lot tomorrow to serve as visual appeal and conversation piece for a little outreach about the Listening Season project. He's going to try to snag the parking space on Alberta St. in front of EveryDay Wine. I'm planning to grab some CEC flyers from the duplex closet and whip up a simple flyer advertising the listening project and also the equity/diversity/inclusion project. 

I realize this is super last minute and some of us have speaking roles that will distract us some of the time, but if anyone is interested in hanging out at the table for some of the time and chatting with folks/handing out flyers, just look for the truck or come find me.
