In the September meeting we consented to prioritize projects that the CEC could work together on, rather than everyone working on their own pet project. This discussion is intended to create a process/format for deciding
which projects will be prioritized
process for following through on those projects (accountability)
what to do with lower-priority and “dormant” projects (e.g. the Foodmap)

5. Staff/CEC support - Discussion (15) In Sept. meeting Scott rightly pointed out that no matter what project we elect to support, we won’t be successful without staff support. How can we get that support and what would it look like? What can we offer them in return
