Dear All,

We are pleased to share with you the 2018 Civil Society Report on SDG
Implementation in Uganda. This report provides a snapshot of progress
made towards achieving SDGs 6,7, 11 and 15 and highlights the extent to
which gender and disability have been integrated in the implementation
of the SDGs. It also provides recommendations to various stakeholders to
ensure that they continue to focus on the key commitments and
deliverables related to the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development. The
report builds on the experiences of CSOs in implementing and monitoring
the selected goals and also makes an important contribution to the
national review process.

We greatly appreciate members of the 2030 Agenda Core Reference Group
who participated in the consultations and special thanks to Uganda Water
and Sanitation NGO Network (UWASNET); Uganda Coalition for Sustainable
Development (UCSD); TEENS Uganda; Consumer Education Trust; National
Union of Disabled Persons in Uganda (NUDIPU); Uganda Gender Consortium
on SDGs; and Uganda National Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency
Alliance (UNREEEA) whose contribution shaped the development of the
report.
