BECOMING A MENSCH
When we embarrass someone else, we damage their self-esteem, their
confidence, their pride, or even their willingness to take risks.
How do we teach our children not to embarrass others intentionally,
and to be more aware as to when their actions might unintentionally
hurt others? How do we also teach our children how to mitigate self-
shame and being embarrassed about themselves?
Families with children in 4th and 5th grade are invited to join us on
SATURDAY, JANUARY 24 at 10:00 AM
To study in parent-child dyads the virtue of Not Embarrassing, "Lo
Levayesh".
All texts are in English.
No charge.
Also, save the date for other upcoming learning sessions:
Saturday, February 28, Saturday, April 14, and Saturday, May 2. All
sessions meet at 10:00AM.
All are welcome, so please feel free to forward this email to friends.
RSVP or questions: LKur...@AnscheChesed.org.
