FAMILY & CHILDREN'S SERVICES-THIS SHABBAT!!!
Ansche Chesed will have Family & Children's Services this Shabbat!
Services begin at 11AM.
Mishpacha Service (children and families 3 years old and under)
Yigdal Service (children and families 4-7 years old)
Big Kids Service (children only, ages 8-12)

BE A PART OF HISTORY!!!
On Shabbat, December 6 all children are invited to lead Adon Olam in the
Sanctuary Minyan!
Following Family and Children's services, all participants are invited down
to the sanctuary for the end of services.
Children who participate will receive a small treat.
Starting with this Shabbat, December 6, this will become a weekly occurrence!

FAMILY SHABBAT DINNER
Bring your family for a wonderful Shabbat experience!
Friday, December 12 at 5:30pm
We'll begin with Family Kabbalat Shabbat services, divided by age, followed
by a delicious kosher vegetarian Chinese dinner.
After dinner parents are invited to participate in a discussion with Rabbi
Kalmanofsky while children play Shabbat games with Dena and have time in the gym.

For RSVPs received by Sunday, December 7, the cost is
$18 per adult,
$10 per child 5 and up,
$5 per child under 5,
with a family maximum of $50 per family.

For RSVPs received after Sunday, December 7, the cost is
$22 per adult,
$14 per child 5 and up,
$5 per child under 5,
with a family maximum of $70 per family.

To make a reservation after December 10, you must speak directly to Dena
Wachtel before paying.

phone call confirming your reservation.  Get in your reservation early-our
last dinner had over 120 people!
 

HANUKKAH PARTY
Sunday, December 14
10:30AM--12:00PM
Open to families of children 5 and under.
Come for a wonderful Hanukkah Extravaganza with Yaldaynu Preschool!
You can make your own Hanukkah key chains, decorate the Hanukkah blessings,
bake cookies, play the dreidle game, make candles and so much more!
The cost is $6/child or $20 per family.  Please bring an unwrapped child's
toy to donate.

 
FSAC 7th-8th GRADE COOKING DATE CHANGE
The Family Social Action Committee cooking date, scheduled for December 10 has been moved to Wednesday, January 21 at 6:15PM.
 
ACT FOUNDATION MEETING
Open to B'nei Mitzvah students
Wednesday, December 10 at 6:30PM-8PM
Pizza dinner will be served.  Please RSVP to Dena if you have not already.

JEWISH HOW TO'S FOR PARENTS
In 4 Sessions: Come to either a Tuesday session from 5:30-6:00 pm or a
Wednesday session from 4:30-5:00 pm
Come to one session in the series or come to them all!

In a safe, non-judgmental environment, we will learn:
▪ How to make Havdallah on Saturday nights and  infuse bedtime with Jewish
values (December 9, 10)

Space is Limited!
The class is taught primarily in Hebrew, but prior Hebrew knowledge is not
required.

Please email Dena if you are intending to come for services these weekends, along with which service(s) your family will be attending.  You do not need to RSVP for services, but knowledge of participation will determine our service structure for these days.
