Using Fedora 13, Lenovo S12 hardware.

On boot the acer-wmi module is automatically loaded, it concludes the
wifi killswitch is in the "off" position, but it's really in the "on"
position. NetworkManager produces the report about killswitches, it
concludes I have two killswitches. This has the effect that wifi is
disabled.

I blacklisted the acer-wmi module, with the result that wifi works on
startup.

If you would like to prevent loading of acer-ami on this Lenovo
hardware by default, please let me know what information you require.
(dmesg/lspci, etc?)

Regards,
Kai
