acer_acpi 0.11 RC4 released

Hello all,

The next testing release of acer_acpi is out - 0.11 RC4. This is just some bug
fixes from RC3.

So please test and report back any bugs. Given nothing too nasty has come up
lately, I'm hoping the next release will be 0.11.

So, changes this time are:

1) Don't exit on AMW0 laptops if we fail to detect the mail LED

2) Ensure we always report the correct mail LED value on WMID laptops

3) Add quirks for Acer Aspire 9110
