acer_acpi 0.11 RC3 released

Hello all,

The next testing release of acer_acpi is out - 0.11 RC3 (the Knight Rider
release). Hopefully, we're not too far off a 0.11 final release (but more
testing is always appreciated, especially with the new device autodetection
code).

So, changes this time are:

1) Fix a nasty use-before-initialisation bug with the quirks.

2) Re-order the interface and device detection on module initialisation.
