One of my customers also received a letter from California High-Speed Rail Authority last month, see the letter attached. His land is close to one of the High-Speed rail stations. He checked his neighbor land sold price, the average sold price in the past year was 2.5 times more than his purchase price in 2010! The land price will go up when the High-Speed rail is built.
