Vote for Recurring Meeting Time: Doodle Poll

Hi All,

 

Please participate in the Doodle Poll at the link below to help set the recurring monthly OregonACE meeting time.  If none of these times are ever suitable for you, let me know and I'll add more.  Our default meeting place is the Metro building at 600 NE Grand Ave in Portland.  Once we have a recurring date, I'll call Metro to see if we can get a recurring room reservation for that time each month.

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm going to close the Doodle Poll for the recurring monthly ACE meeting at 4pm this coming Monday Sept 24, so please add your information by then if you haven't already. 

 

Thanks to those of you who have already provided input.  It's looking like the first Weds of the month is the best time. I'll confirm Monday.

Hi ACE Members,

 

The Doodle Poll is closed and our recurring ACE meetings will be the first Wednesday of each month 9am to 11:30am.  Our next meeting will be October 3rd. 

I have a call in to Metro to see if there is a room available and will update the group tomorrow with the meeting location.   Does anyone volunteer to create the meeting agenda for October 3rd?
