Did you know that using the wrong soap for cleaning your face could
end up making worse your acne condition? One of the main
recommendations for obtaining a clearer and healthier skin is to
periodically wash your skin, but it is vital to use the right soap or
cleanser. You have probably noticed that when you use commercial soaps
or face washes, it is kind of difficult to get rid of all the oil on
your skin without irritating or over drying it.
By using the wrong soaps, your skin will also be left with oily
residues that contribute in blocking the pores of your skin, causing
breakouts in most people. So which acne soaps should you use and why?
Try using glycerin or sorbitol based soaps or face washes. These types
of soaps will gently clean your skin without leaving the usual waxy
feeling and without over drying or irritating it. They will also
balance your skin's acidity (PH), which will prevent bacteria from
growing and worsening your acne condition.
One very good option is using any of the well known Neutrogena
glycerin based soaps. They work very well and aren't too expensive. By
replacing both your soap and face wash with the more effective
alternatives I mention in this article, you will be on your way of
getting a much clearer and healthier skin.
If you are interested in learning many other very powerful techniques
for clearing your skin, I have found a very good resource that is
definitely worth looking into. It is called "Acne Free in 3 Days" and
it just might be what you are looking
for.
