Upgrading tips for upgrading to 0.2.0; Please help w/ missing tips

Hi guys,

Here are a few search-and-replace recipes for upgrading your Ace integration to Ace 0.2.0:

pilot/oop -> ace/lib/oop

pilot/event_emitter -> ace/lib/event_emitter

pilot/canon.addCommand -> editor.commands.addCommand

Can anyone help with these missing ones below, esp. environment? Can't find any discussion of this, or replacements in ace/lib...

pilot/environment -> ??

pilot/plugin_manager -> ??

pilot/settings -> ??

Hi

pilot/environment, pilot/plugin_manager, pilot/settings

were not doing anything useful, and now ace doesn't need those at all (see
kitchen-sink.html)
