Yes, I have recently freed myself from the corporate servitude known
as running Microsoft or Apple OS's. I now am a confirmed Ubuntu user -
I found this recently.

Emulator of Atari 800/800XL/130XE/5200 with various extensions (1088kB
RAM, stereo sound and much more) running on just about every operating
system (Unix/Linux, Windows, DOS, TOS, MacOS, Workbench, WinCE...)

One of the problems emulating Atari has always been getting a valid
ROM. Now, I haven't installed this yet, but looky here (found in the
"View all files" area :
