How to get the gutter width?

Hi,

Is there a way to get the gutter width?

When using the textToScreenCoordinates method the gutter width is not taken into account. Is this correct behaviour?

When scrolling down a larger document the Y position returned by textToScreenCoordinates seems to get an offset of a few pixels. Scrolling up again fixes the issue.

...or let me ask this way: What is the best way to convert positions (row, columns) to pixel coordinates relative to the editors content panel?
