Hide advanced features on Search Box

Hi,

Is there a way to hide advanced features on Search Box such as search in selection, Regular Expression search, case sensitive search as well as whole word search? The main one we want to hide is the Search in selection feature since it is not very intuitive.

I looked at this API, but it does not seem to have any option to disabled the above advanced features:

You might be able to make these invisible with CSS.
