IMS Error

Hi, 

Boston College has been seeing an IMS error on all audited collections since Friday, May 1. I've tried restarting tomcat, but that doesn't seem to fix anything. It seems the issue may be similar to what Adam Jazairi reported back in 2017. We'd appreciate any guidance you may have.

Hello,

We have this error at the Yukon Archives as well. We recently added some new material to an audited collection, when we ran ACE we noticed that it's not issuing any new tokens. 

Is there anything that can be done to fix these errors? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Group,

Chronopolis has actually moved the IMS service from UMIACS to the Texas Digital Library (TDL), which might be why non-Chronopolis users would be receiving errors.

We’re hoping this change will provide us an opportunity to learn who is using ACE outside of Chronopolis and see if it’s worth creating more of a community around it. If other users see these messages and having similar issues, please do reach out. Currently, we've just seen these two reports.
