IMS refusing connection

Hi all,

We started getting IMS errors from ACE this morning. I can access the IMS via port 80 but not 8080, which is the port through which ACE is trying to connect. Is this a problem with the version of ACE we're running?

Hi Adam,

We were moved to a new load balancer in our data center and it looks like a few things were missed in the new configuration, including serving ims.umiacs.umd.edu on port 8080. We're working on getting it back in place, but since we don't have direct control we've put in a ticket here to request the update.

In the future port 80 will likely be the default setting for ACE, with 8080 kept up for legacy purposes.
