Hi, I'm new to ACE. 

This is a brand new installation and the first test scan logs showed:

What can i do to resolve this? Have i missed something?

Hi Tim,

The IMS is something we run here at the University of Maryland, so I don't think you've missed anything.

I see that you got a 'Connection Refused' while trying to connect to it which is surprising - can you access http://ims.umiacs.umd.edu/ace-ims/IMSWebService?wsdl through your web browser?
