My opinion for OER

Hi everyone,
Open  Educational Resources (OER) means e-Learning resources.

e-Learning systems is also learning management systems (LMS).

LMS is composed of system quality, service quality, and information quality (Jong-Ki Lee etc., 2008).

We must focus the LMS quality for future.

Especially, in Africa educational environment, the LMS's system quality is the first factor to the user satisfaction.

The LMS's system quality needed to upgrade for OER.
