Dear Colleagues
We have had two weeks of absolute fun and excellent discussion on OER and ODL.
I must thank Richard and Omo for facilitating the discussion on OER and Public Health which we had last week.
Richard has gone ahead to indeed summarise the one-week discussion and has even posed two major issues for further discussion as way forward. I have no doubt that the issues will engage our minds in Lagos at the proposed workshop and main conference.

We have started the third week and I am pleased to call on Prof. Santosh Panda to facilitate the sub-them which focuses on the following:

Sub-theme 3 (16-22 June) - Instructional Design and Collaborative
Authoring of OER: issues and challenges.
Facilitator: Professor Santosh Panda, IGNOU.

I noticed that Prof. Panda has already sent an intro. So friends please fire on. I know that many of you are waiting for this sub-theme on Instructional Design and OER. So you are welcome to the continuation of the discussion.
