The Association of Concerned Dormitories would like to invite you to the Arts Festival (Music and Docu fest)
Music Festival:
Participating dorms should present performances during the arts fest.
Any form of arts/performances are welcome: dance number, song number, acting, etc.,
each performance should have a minimum of 3 mins and a maximum of 10 mins.
Video-docu festival:
When: February 4 2011
Where: Kalayaan MPH
Video-Documentary Contest Guidelines:
The documentary should have a minimum of 5mins and a maximum of 15 mins
The documentary should relate to the theme: "Rekindle the Dorm Spirit. My Dorm. My Pride.". It should feature the following:
a. dormculture
b. dormlife--How is it like to be a dormer...
c. the different places inside the dorm where dormers stay and have their activities
d. dorm activities
-the videos (video formats) should be compatible with windows media player, VLC, GOM, or any popular media player
Criteria for judging:
a. Creativity and originality-30%
b. Presentation/cinematography-30%
c. Interpretation of the theme-40%
Prizes:
Winner/1st Prize: Php 1,500
Runner-ups: Php 500 each. (there would be 3 runner-up slots)

Feb 2 2011-deadline/submission of docu's
Feb 3 2011-Judging
Feb 4 2011- Arts Fest and screening of the Video Docu's.
note: during the Arts fest, the docu's prepared by each participating dorm shall be screened. there will be intervals between each screening. during those intervals(intermissions), there will be presentations/performances coming from the participating dorms ( 2 performances per intermission or after every screening).

guys, FYI...wala na yung cash prize ha, dorm points nlang ang kapalit: negative na tayo sa budget.
