For Dormers' Night:
Dormers' Night 2011 will consist of Docufest, a presentation by each dormitory and the awarding ceremony.
Date: March 10, 2011, Thursday
Time and Venue: 7PM Kalayaan MPH
Preparation Time: 5PM
Hosts: Ace Ligsay and Danison (YAKAL), Miriam Edig (KAMIA) and Kat Lentija (ILANG)
Projectors: IPIL and MOLAVE
Sound System: YAKAL
Stage: IC
TASKS for FOOD:
Iced Tea: KALAI
Bread: SAMPA
Pancit Bilao : YAKAL
Tarp: IPIL
NOTES: Sa mga hindi pa nakakasubmit ng docu, pwede on or before the day itself magsubmit na kau. Okay lang, walang points na, pero better kasi paghindi kau nagsubmit minus points din yun. Aside from the Job of the Socio Adhoc which is to manage the entire event, i hope magtulungan tayong lahat para sa ikakaganda ng dormer's night. See you!
PS: Deadline of Payments will be this MONDAY. I will keep on updating you guys through text. Thaaanks.
