Role: Oracle HCM Consultant
Location: Remote

Required skills :

  • This position will focus on configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation) throughout the implementation & support lifecycles
  • Creating HCM Extracts and delivery options for extracts
  • Creating custom reports using subject areas in OTBI and and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Writing Fast Formulae in the Journey, Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • Effectively leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverables
  • Troubleshooting production issues.
  • Designing PaaS components.
  • Designing, updating, and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security
  • Adding and managing users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business
  • Monitoring and managing the Oracle Cloud HCM application in all environments
  • Work with internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Developing HCM KPIs, metrics reports, and dashboards.
  • Viewing and monitoring service details and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime
  • Assisting technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications
  • Functioning as the primary point of contact for issues in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Documenting system requirements and process flows.
  • Partnering with development and product teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution
  • Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

  • 7+ years of experience configuring, supporting and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation).
  • 10+ years of overall HCM experience as a techno-functional consultant.
