Role: Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver HCM Cloud Benefits implementations integrated with Core HR.
• Conduct requirement workshops, design, configuration, testing, and golive activities.
• Resolve complex functional issues and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide project status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement excellence.
Required Experience & Skills
• 810 years of domain expertise in HCM, covering the full hiretoretire cycle.
• Minimum 5 endtoend HCM implementations, with at least 2 on HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Benefits module and Core HR.
• Indepth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flows.
• Excellent communication, problemsolving, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership capability with planning, monitoring, and mentoring experience.
• Ability to interact frequently with clients and manage complex deliverables.
