ROLE_DESCRIPTION:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve application, infrastructure, and user issues Experience in AWS cloud support (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) including monitoring and incident resolution Knowledge of operating systems, networking basics and application support Proficient in ticketing systems, incident management, and escalation handling Effective communication and customer handling skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments
