Job Title: Workday Report Developer

 

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Workday Report Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the end-to-end implementation and support of Workday reports, and possess the ability to design, develop, test, and deliver a range of Workday reports. This role involves collaboration with integration developers and other team members, and requires strong knowledge of Workday Finance modules, report development, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Development:
• Design, develop, and deliver Workday reports, including Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and BIRT Reports.
• Manage the full lifecycle of report development, from initial design through to testing and deployment.
• Project Involvement:
• Participate in end-to-end implementation of Workday reports for small to large projects.
• Collaborate with integration developers and the Lead to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Own and drive report development activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Functional Expertise:
• Develop reports for at least 2-3 Workday Finance functional areas/modules.
• Leverage knowledge of Workday Finance to create reports that support financial operations and decision-making.
• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure reports adhere to Workday security standards and best practices.
• Implement and manage security configurations related to report access and data protection.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and support team dynamics.
• Testing and Support:
• Conduct thorough testing of reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for reports, addressing issues and incorporating feedback as needed.
