Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with Oracle Sales Lifecycle Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing master data, customizing Oracle SDH Fusion Applications, and supporting the Oracle Sales Lifecycle.

Position Overview: The MDM Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing master data management processes, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) modules, Oracle Sales Lifecycle, and the Party Model. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, customize applications, and ensure data integrity through various data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Master Data Management:
• Manage and maintain master data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Handle data deduplication, data enrichment, and survivorship rules to improve data quality and reliability.
2. Oracle Sales Lifecycle:
• Work with Oracle Sales Lifecycle modules, including Marketing, Opportunities, Leads, Prospects, and Customers.
• Customize Oracle SDH Fusion Applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
3. Party Model Customization:
• Utilize the Party Model within Oracle SDH Fusion Applications to manage and customize party-related data entities.
• Develop and implement solutions that align with business needs and improve data management processes.
4. Documentation and Testing:
• Prepare comprehensive documents of understanding and unit test documents for all customization and data management tasks.
• Support and participate in multiple testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
5. Stakeholder Interaction:
• Engage with business users to understand their data management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to develop and agree on acceptable solutions.
6. Reporting and Meetings:
• Send regular status reports on progress and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in review meetings with Business and IT teams to discuss project status, issues, and resolutions.
