Based on the telephone conversations I had with you’ll yesterday, I
prepared the schedule for the KSLL 4th year student presentations and
now it is on the students’ notice board. Thank you for this. I have
prepared a file for each session and shall give it to you closer to
the date of evaluation. The method of evaluation, student names and
times and all other relevant information is stated in this file.
Please return the file to me after the evaluations. Please be kind
enough to be present on the day or days that have been allocated to
you. I shall phone you and remind you the day before your session.
