Does anyone know how to update TwoWayAnova for unbalanced datasets (so that each cell contains different number of samples)?
I did some adaptation, but results seem strange...

Hi there,
Currently the 2-way ANOVA expects only an equal number of repetitions per cell... Perhaps you could fill in an enhancement request in the issue tracker so it could be implemented sometime in the future. If you would like to keep trying, could try following this guide to aid in the implementation.
