Lidlox Heavy Duty bolt mount locks mount to your front brake or clutch side U clamp. The Item 5001 and Item 5002 come with a 1/4-20 bolt and fit ALL Harley Davidson EXCEPT 04 and later Sportsters and the Pan America. Those bikes take the metric kits Item 5003 or Item 5004. Late model Indians all take the Metric kits Items 5003 or 5004.
These locks are a bigger version of the original Lidlox bolt mount locks and use the same size barrel key as the Harley Davidson ignition, You can take your Lidlox Heavy Duty to a locksmith and have it keyed to match your Harley ignition key if your Harley uses a barrel style key for the ignition.

I am analyzing a simple model which is shown bellow. The error E5004 appears. I do not know where is the problem. I only imagine that there is a problem with the contact of the connecting rod with the plate bellow because when I remove the rod, Nastran completes the analysis. I places surfaced contact bonded there because I do not know how to connected them differently. It is done in Inventor Nastran 2020. Has anyone an idea how can I connect the rod with the plate?
Your model is not statically stable. You can change the analysis type to "Normal Modes" and calculate the natural frequencies. The first frequencies that are near 0 Hz will show which part is not connected to the model properly and are free to move around.
If the Normal Modes analysis also fails with the E5004 error, the problem is related to the mesh quality or material properties. A smaller mesh size will usually give a better mesh quality and resolve the E500x warnings. Obviously, check the material properties manually to confirm that E is correct and G is blank.
How you attach the connecting rod to the plates depends on what you want the analysis to do. Which brings me to a question: what do you want the analysis to do? Your options are to bond the rod to the plate (either using bonded contact or a rigid connector that connects the pieces together), or you create a linkage between the rod and plates. See How to create a pin connection between linkages in Inventor Nastran.
I have one more question. As you can see in the picture below, I have left on purpose the deformation scale do be on Percent in order to see the deformation. I am wandering what can I do to prevent material intersection/penetration of the elements. L profiles intersect/penetrate with the lower plate. I have connected them by bolts and I don't know if I have to apply maybe some surface contact?
Thank you @John_Holtz . I have one more question. As you can see in the picture below, the maximum stress occurs in the regions around holes where bolts are placed. The results refer to point contacts and those huge results are not important. I am wondering is there a possibility to exclude those results from the case, like to suppress those areas or something similar?
There is one issue with this approach. The color used for results greater than the Max value in the legend (and for results less than the Min value in the legend) is some random color. Ideally, it should be the same color as the top (or bottom) of the legend bar. If those areas are not shown in the current view, then it is not a problem. (You are trying to hide the "hot spots", so sometimes you can set the view so that they are not visible.) If those areas are shown, then it is misleading to have a "wrong" color showing on that region of the model.
Far superior to any other main bolt kit offered for use in competition engines, ARP main bolts are designed to meet the exacting standards and demands of professional engine builders. Forged from 8740 chrome moly, all bolts feature generous under-head radius and rolled threads for the utmost reliability. The threads are rolled after heat-treating, which makes them about 1000% longer fatigue life than most main bolts, which are threaded prior to heat-treating. Available in the popular High Performance Series, which at a nominal rating of 180,000 psi, is a premium replacement for OEM fasteners, or the 200,000 psi nominal rated Pro Series , application-specific main bolts with reduced wrenching head and are designed for use in competition applications. Parallel-ground, hardened washers are included with each kit

Here are possible buffer mass/buffer tube configurations for these hydrauilic buffers that should all have the proper spacing for 9mm bolt travel. I could not test them all out, and to be honest they started to all blend together after a while and it became difficult to tell the difference, especially since I had to stop and reconfigure the buffer setups each time I switched.
In all the categories, in all the tubes, the 5000HP felt like it performed better for reducing felt recoil than the 5007 or the 5004. The higher dampening characteristics of this buffer made a noticable difference to me.
I was really expecting the RB5004 Shorty +2 Kynshot spacer weights (8.8oz.) to come out on top for the carbine buffer tube, but in side-by-side comparisons the recoil impulse was practically identical to the 5000HP +1 spacer weight. The higher dampening characteristics of the 5000HP seems to make a significant difference in felt recoil. Both felt better than the 11oz deadblow buffer, but not as good as the full-weight Gentle Recoil System.
The KynSHOT RB5004 Recoil Buffer is a hydraulic buffer system designed and optimized to fit any AR-10 using a Mil-Spec style carbine buffer tube (internal depth 7"). The RB5004 can be paired with any style AR-10 buffer spring, and is a simple drop-in replacement for all buffer systems on the market.
