operator salary

Dear All,

 

One  Jaffer Operator was working on my 150 feet boom lift and had gone on leave.

 

He has now come back and I had kept his salary as 15k less PF.

 

He has said that some other company is willing to give him 16k plus PF.

 

I have said a no to him that I cannot given him this much salary.

 

If he comes to you then it’s better not to increase the salary so much or else it will get affected to all of us as all are getting bigger booms.
