As per the discussion in our last meeting would request each one of you to mail the following two documents by 29th June - Saturday:

 

1. Quotation Standard Format
2. Request Letter to Manufacturer for Hindi Manuals

 

For Quotation each one of us can adopt as per our own convenience, for the request letter we can select the best format and send it to JLG.

 

Also, kindly advise on how do we take our plan forward for setting up yards in Northern region and southern region.
