Hi All,


Please see the below mail and attached file for quotation received from Veedol Lubricants. Mr Uday Rai the concerned person came to our office today and discussed the following points:

1) They can supply oil and grease all over India, material will be dispatched from the local company depot or dealer. Transportation charges for minimum 1 barrel would be free, lesser qty would have to be collected or transportation would be chargeable.

2) Base rate will remain same throughout India, CST / VAT will be applied as per state. Payment to be made at Bombay only. Payment terms strictly 30days credit, he has told very specifically that this cannot be extended as the billing is done through SAP system.

3) No commitment required for minimum quantity.



I have asked him to give a list of his depots, we can check the distance from our current sites. His contact details are as follows:
