Operator Alert

Hi All,

 

 

Kindly inform me if you receive a call from Operator Jamir Mondal, he was working on one of our scissor lift and is absconding now.

 

We have decided to keep Rs 10,000 as deposit of each and every operator and plan to deduct the same in 3 parts from Apr 13 salary onwards. I suggest each one of us should keep some amount as deposit with us. Over the last few months there have been no of issues where operators just run away from site.

 

If only 1-2 of us start this practice then it won’t be of much benefit as operators would start joining somewhere else where they don’t have to keep any deposit.

 

 

Kindly let me know your opinion/suggestion on the above matter.

I don't agree that the operator will be able to give us a deposit of 10, 000.
We can hold 2000 from their monthly payment and release to them say after 6 or 12 months.

Hi,


I know and that is why we are planning to do it in 3 months time and not at single go as mentioned below.


And I intend to keep this deposit till he leaves the organisation. If he informs and leaves the company he can take his entire amount back else if he absconds the amount remains with us.


But again I want to stress the point that until each one of us does this there is no way it will work. We tried deducting it this month but they resisted a lot and couple of them have were planning to leave the job and thus we had to postpone it to next month.

Kindly inform me if Operator Dharmendra calls you for job, his pic attached for reference.



He had sold 3 new batteries of 3246e at Chennai site and also misappropriated some other repair related expenses.



Also, kindly let me know if anyone has spare operators, I require 3-4 operators on urgent basis.
