Hello Guys,

I want to highlight a situation that we faced recently & need your opinion / suggestion,if any, to proceed further .

I have supplied few boom lifts at Mumbai Metro site with Simplex which are working for over 16-17months. 

Due to non receipt of payment since May 2012, I had given a 7days notice letter to  Simplex stating stopping of our machines if our outstanding dues are not cleared on immediate basis. 

After 7 days of our services being stopped, Simplex went & hired 2 booms from Rajasthan Crane Service. I contacted Achin & Bhupender Bhai explaining the situation & requesting them to not start work for a few days to continue building pressure from us to release our heavily delayed payment dues. I also confirmed with them that I won't start my services again if simplex released my payment or confirmed a payment schedule as their machines had already arrived at site. 

We anticipated positive cooperation from Rajasthan crane ,being a member of crane owners association & a known associate . But they outrightly refused to help.

That is indeed a very bad, they should have cooperated from their end.

Exactly same situation happened with us & Dynamic 2 weeks back, wherein we had accidently supplied boom lift to a client who owed Dynamic around Rs 18Lakhs since last 6 months.

 

After receiving a call from Ms Bharti Gokhale & understanding the entire situation we immediately stopped the work and got the machine out in next 2-3 days.

 

The client’s name was “Vidya Construction” & the owner’s name “Mr Suresh.
