Hi all. After installing the latest malmuzik, virtual dj and both midi ports, I try to start the virtual dj software from within the malmuzik app, and i get put into an explorer window. How do I correct this so that the virtual dj program itself starts? Thanks.

Hi Shane

that is odd. does VDJ not open at all?.
what is the location that opens in file explorer?.
also what happens if you open VDJ with its own shortcut rather from in MallMuzik?

sorry about all the questions.

Pete

Has the problem with launching VDJ been resolved?
I think the cause was the installation of an older version of VDJ, as it extracted the .exe files to a different location than the newer VDJ.
However, MallMuzik should check both locations (older and newer) for VDJ executable files.
Only when you mentioned that the VDJ profile is in the documents folder did I realize that this might be the reason MallMuzik wasn't launching VDJ.
I hope it works now. Best regards, Zenek.
