hello. I would like to write an action that toggles when one button is pressed crossfade_curve (full, smooth, cut, scratch). i'm spelling it right?

Hi, you didn't write it right.
Firstly note that the left and right PFL buttons can do two different things such as left deck PFL and right deck PFL.
Therefore, it can be extended with two different actions for the left and right PFL buttons.
This way you can have a crossfader curve switch that works in both directions.
The switch must work by first asking which crossfader curve is currently active and then switching to the next one.
Also note that it matters where the pfl action is placed for holding.
In the attachment you will find ready scripts to paste :)

Example 1
when it is held down, the crosfader curves change backwards,
when there is a short press it works pfl.
Example 2
when there is hold then pfl works,
when there is a short press, the crosfader curve is toggled forward.

In my examples, I also added a speech output with the name of the crossfader curve after switching it.
