Hello,
I have a question regarding using the Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 with VirtualDJ.
I want to be able to pre-listen and prepare a track in my headphones
without it being heard on the speakers. Specifically, when I lower the
channel fader, the sound also stops in the headphones, but I need the
headphones to be independent so I can prepare the track first (for
example remove bass or isolate elements with EQ) and only then bring it in.
At the moment:

When the channel fader is down, CUE is silent in the headphones
With another controller this works perfectly, but with FLX10 + VirtualDJ
I can’t get it to behave this way.
Is this a limitation of VirtualDJ with the FLX10, or is there a specific
setting or workaround that allows CUE to be pre-fader and lets the
channel EQ affect the headphone signal only?
Thank you.

Hi, you need not only a volume slider but also a Cue/PFL button.
You also need to set the headphones output to the headphone channel. Check your audio setup, as the controller shouldn't have any special restrictions.
Some Pioneer models had a single audio output and a special adapter for connecting headphones. Did you have something like that in your setup?
Regarding the equalizer, check the setting:
equalizerInHeadphones; yes
Best regards, Zenek
