AccelStepper and Nucleo IHM03A1 on an Arduino Uno

I am using the above combination of driver board and arduino to drive a Nema 23. The available libraries have very few commands. I found a library with Mike’s name on it for the above driver board and ARM devices, such as the Nucleo range. It’s commands are the same as AccelStepper. The library, however, won’t work with the Arduino.
Does anyone know of a AccelStepper-like library that will work with the above or does anyone know someone who would be able to develop one.
